Raleigh coworking firm eyes Wake Forest for next project (Triangle Business Journal)
Loading Dock Raleigh says it will redevelop an aging warehouse complex in downtown Wake Forest. Plans call for the building to become 24,000 square feet of space for coworking and business incubation. The project is situated on two acres at 525 S. White Street on the southern edge of the downtown corridor.
